Your comment is silly and unprofessional, and very damaging to the CAS.
Unfortunately, I think many other (CAS) members agree with you. It plays
right into the hands of those who believe in the conspiracy theory, which is
that exams are only about restricting access to jobs and not about
competency. If what you say is true and you pass or fail people in this way
(with prejudice), you could expose the CAS to class actions.

...yes, but that's not the only reason. We should keep in
mind that just
because a large cache of fine diamonds is found in Africa
doesn't mean that they
are all released into the market place at once. There are
quotas on the number
of diamonds that come out of Africa each year.
