Abstract
A mid-western lawyer was discussing the relative merits of two eastern law schools. He criticized one because in his opinion its professors taught the law as they thought it should be--and not the law as "she is." Fortunately, for students of the Society, Mr. Tarbell has followed his previous paper with another along the same pattern. He stresses casualty insurance accounting as "she is" and does not confuse the student who desires factual information only. It would be difficult, I am sure, for many of us to keep from being side-tracked to become critics and reformers of the status quo.
