Cut My Rate (A New Musical)

The play is in one act. All scenes take place in a hearing room at the California Insurance Department. The Commissioner's raised chair is in the center; the witness lectern is next to it. Both face the audience. The remaining chairs are divided between the two sides of the stage, facing center. Moderator: Tonight we have a musical comedy show called Cut My Rate. It will be performed by members of the CAS family. The show lasts about an hour and will run without intermission.
