Abstract
At the November 1939 meeting, a paper entitled "The Practice of Workmen's Compensation Rate Making as Illustrated by the 1939 Revision of New York Rates" was presented by Mr. C. M. Graham. In 1940, the writer presented a short paper discussing changes which had taken place in the 1940 revision. Since that time a lot of water has passed over the dam and the present rate making procedure, particularly with the 1948 changes, is rather different. It would seem timely to bring things up to date.
