Abstract
Mr. Smith's paper on Occupational Disease Cover in New York records in a concise manner the pertinent facts in connection with the development of the rates and rating plans for the "All-Inclusive Occupational Disease" amendment to the New York Workmen's Compensation Law which became effective on September 1, 1935. The developments in connection with this coverage constitute another tumultuous but interesting chapter in the history of Workmen's Compensation insurance in New York State.
