CAS Featured in Association Series on Diversity Initiatives

The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) was recently featured as part of Associations Now’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Action series. The series showcases how associations are accelerating their DE&I work by providing focused leadership, building engagement, measuring progress, and demanding accountability.

The article “All Things Being Equitable” highlights some of the impacts of the joint diversity research conducted by CAS and other actuarial organizations to help diversify the actuarial pipeline. The article also includes insights from CAS DE&I Staff Actuary Mallika Bender and notes the collaborative work of projects such as Be An Actuary Day that help to support and enhance actuarial diversity efforts.
