CAS Members Recognized as “Elite Women” in Insurance 

Insurance Business Magazine has included CAS Fellows Janet G. Lindstrom and Katy J. Bradica in their annual list of elite women in insurance. This list recognizes distinguished women for their achievements and initiatives over the past 12 months, including specific examples of their professional accomplishments and contributions to the industry

Janet Lindstrom has been an influencer and change maker in the insurance industry for over 30 years. Currently, she serves as the executive vice president, chief transformation officer for Arch Insurance North America. In addition to actively participating in three Arch Employee Networks, Janet is passionate about mentorship. She has served as a mentor through Menttium 100 and is Arch’s executive sponsor for the insurance group’s mentoring program.

Katy Bradica serves as chief pricing actuary at AXA XL. In her role as chief pricing actuary, leads a team of actuaries and data scientists dedicated to improving risk selection and pricing. In addition to her longstanding actuarial expertise, Bradica is known for her Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, serving as the executive sponsor for RISE, a Business Resource Group dedicated to developing colleagues from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups.
