CAS Presents on Computer-Based Testing at Industry Conference
CAS admissions staff recently presented on the transition to computer-based testing and grading at the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) virtual 2021 Innovations in Testing Conference, April 27-29, 2021. The conference brings together more than 1,200 assessment industry professionals from more than 20 countries across the globe.
“Business Continuity During the Pandemic: How to Pivot to a Remote Grading Process” addressed the in-person scoring challenges imposed by the COVID-19 global pandemic, as well as the work involved in creating the CAS’s new remote grading system. CAS Chief Learning Officer Jennifer Naughton, CAS Director of Admissions Ashley Zamperini and CAS Admissions Manager Stephanie Litrenta partnered with MZD CEO Zac Henrich to discuss the topic.
As an industry leader in assessment scoring solutions, MZD supported the CAS credentialing program by providing robust and secure exam scoring technology through its Online Scoring and Reporting platform, OSCAR. Earlier this year CAS and MZD released a case study detailing their partnership, which is available on the CAS website.
