CAS Website Terms of Use Reminder

To Users of the CAS Website:

From time to time it is good practice to remind users of the CAS Website about the appropriate use of the Website and its contents, as detailed in the CAS Website Terms of Use at: casact.org/terms-use.

While the Terms of Use covers many aspects of appropriate use of the CAS Website and its contents, we would like to highlight section 21, which applies to utilization of the CAS membership directory. This section reads:

Directory Terms of Use

By using the Directory, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The CAS Member Directory and its contents are proprietary products of the CAS. The contents of this Directory may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, republished, duplicated, disseminated, downloaded, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in connection with the preparation, revision, or confirmation of a commercial mailing, telephone, fax, email, or other marketing list, or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the user's individual use. The presence of CAS members in this Directory represents only that these individuals are members in good standing of the CAS, it does not represent their consent to receive any marketing or related communications.
