Cash Prizes and Awards at the 2020 Virtual Casualty Loss Reserve Seminar and Workshops
At this year’s virtual CLRS, September 15-17, two sessions were recognized as the best sessions by attendee evaluations:
- “Current Issues for your 2021 Statement of Actuarial Opinion and Reserve Report” with Jeffrey Carlson of Willis Towers Watson, Ken Williams of the CAS and Miriam Fisk of the Texas Department of Insurance.
- “Coffee Klatch for Opinion Writers” with Kathy Odomirok of EY, Michael Toothman, Joe Herbers of Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, and Ed Yorty of Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group.
Session speakers were each offered a $100 American Express gift card as an expression of CAS gratitude for their efforts in producing these top-notch educational sessions at the seminar.
If you could not attend the CLRS, most of the sessions are available through the University of CAS. You can purchase access to all of the CLRS session recordings for $250. Visit the University of CAS for more details.
