Exciting Updates to Our FY25 Subscription Plans!

We are thrilled to announce significant changes to our webinar subscription plans for the Fiscal Year 2025 (October 2024 – September 2025). To align with industry standards and enhance our service offerings, we are introducing a new tiered pricing structure based on company size.

Key Changes:

  1. Phasing Out Unlimited Webinar Subscription:
    • The unlimited webinar subscription option will be phased out after FY25.
    • Early adopters of the new tiered system will enjoy discounted prices for FY26.
  2. Introduction of Tiered Pricing:
    • The new system offers various pricing options based on the number of seats.
    • Plans range from 250 seats to 2,000 seats, providing flexibility to meet diverse needs.
  3. Enhanced Seat Management:
    • Companies will receive unlimited seats from October to December 2024.
    • Starting January 2025, account holders will get email notifications detailing webinar sign-ups and remaining seats.
    • Account holders are responsible for monitoring and managing their subscription codes.

Additional Information:

  • Seat Usage: Each registration at a webinar counts as one seat. Registrants can cancel their registration to return the seat to the pool.
  • Seat Expiration: Seats must be used within the fiscal year and do not carry over.
  • Out of Seats: Extra seats can be purchased if needed but will not carry over to the next fiscal year.

The FY25 Webinar Subscription is now available for purchase:

  1. Login to The CAS Portal
  2. Click on “Subscriptions”
  3. Locate the “FY2025 Yearly Webinar Subscription” and click on details
  4. Select one of the seat usage options and check out.
