Results of 2019 CAS Election
Jessica Leong has been elected President-Elect.
Kuda Chibanda, Todd Lehmann, Mary Frances Miller, and Kathy Odomirok have been elected to the Board of Directors.
According to the election procedures approved by the Board, all vote counts are released to the membership.

The CAS Bylaws may be amended by an affirmative vote of 10% of the Fellows or two-thirds of the Fellows voting, whichever is greater. The result of the proposed Bylaws revision on the 2019 CAS elections ballot is as follows:

Yes – 1,290 (81.7%)
No – 288 (18.3%)
This revision was approved.
A total of 1,948 Fellows voted (33.9%), as compared to 1,687 Fellows last year (30.9%).
Finally, earlier this year, the following members were elected or re-elected by the Board to serve as Vice Presidents:
- Avraham Adler, Vice President-Research and Development
- Jeanne Crowell, Vice President-Admissions
- Kendra Felisky, Vice President-International
- Kimberly Guerriero, Vice President-Marketing and Communications
- Mary Hosford, Vice President-Administration
- Amy Juknelis, Vice President-Professional Education
Congratulations to the new President-Elect and Board members, and to our new and continuing Vice Presidents. These members will assume or re-assume their positions at the close of the 2019 Annual Meeting in Honolulu.
