Guidelines for Submitting Questions and Comments to the Board of Directors
The CAS Board of Directors values member questions and feedback. We encourage you to use this form to share your comments and questions with the Board.
To ensure an efficient and respectful exchange of information, please review the following guidelines before submitting your question or comment:
- Submission Process
Members may use this form to submit questions or comments directly to the Board. - Response Process
The Board will review and respond to questions within 10 business days of submission. Responses will be sent to the email address provided in the submission form and/or posted on the webpage if addressing multiple submissions on the same topic. - Public Posting Option
Members may request that their questions and responses from the Board be publicly posted. Public postings require up to 10 business days for review and processing. CAS reserves the right to decline posting submissions and responses. Publicly shared questions will display your name. - Respectful and Professional Conduct
Submissions should be professional, constructive, and free of offensive or derogatory language.
