About This Event

This webinar is 90 minutes.
This webinar is complimentary to non-North American audiences in the CAS.

Insurance companies now have access to actual driving data from connected vehicles or aftermarket sensors. US insurance companies have primarily leveraged this driving data as a pricing tool. Other countries may not have the rating flexibility to emulate the US products. The presenter will cover the opportunity beyond pricing primarily focusing on the safety use case.

Key Messages

  1. The insurance industry in most countries has focused on using driving data for pricing
  2. There is tremendous opportunity to use driving data to support other customer value propositions
  3. Insurance companies should be pursuing Driving Wellness programs, similar to Health Wellness programs.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify primary non-pricing customer value propositions for telematics (i.e., monitored) policies
  2. Understand essential elements for an effective behavior change program
