The first two women were admitted during the first year of the founding of the Casualty Actuarial and Statistical Society of America. Mrs. Dorothy Rolph, Commissioner of Insurance for Colorado, was elected a Fellow on February 19, 1915. Emma Maycrink, of the New York Insurance Department, was elected a Fellow on May 19, 1915.
