CAS Announces Expanded Calendar of Continuing Education Programs
RPM Seminar Rescheduled as a Virtual Seminar
The CAS has significantly expanded its calendar of continuing education programs over the coming months to provide our members with ample opportunities to earn continuing education credits, stay abreast of developments in the property/casualty insurance industry, and remain engaged with the CAS community.
Most notably, the 2020 Ratemaking, Product, and Modeling (RPM) Seminar & Workshops, scheduled for March 23-25, 2020 in New Orleans but cancelled due to health and safety concerns, will now be held as a virtual seminar on July 28-29. Save the date for the reimagined RPM Seminar and look for more information coming soon.
The CAS is well-positioned to transition live events to a virtual format, based on our experience last year hosting the 2019 CAS InFocus Virtual Seminar, which was recognized with an award for excellence in e-learning programs by Association Trends. Over the next three months, we are holding three major events leveraging the same award-winning template and platform as the InFocus Seminar:
- 2020 Virtual Spring Meeting, May 11-13, offering up to 14.4 CE credits
- 2020 Virtual Seminar on Reinsurance, June 1-2, offering up to 9.3 CE credits
- 2020 Virtual RPM Seminar, July 28-29, offering 10+ CE credits
These virtual events offer education, networking, and meeting with exhibitors, all in an immersive environment designed to make you feel like you are at an in-person meeting -- with no travel, no additional expenses, and from the convenience of your own desk.
