ICYMI: Your Input is Needed; Watch the Town Hall on the Draft CAS Strategic Plan

If you were unable to attend one of the recent live Town Halls on the Draft CAS Strategic Plan, we invite all CAS members and active candidates to watch the recorded broadcast and contribute their thoughts via an online survey. There is a QR code to access the survey at the end of the recording. The recording will be available, and the survey will close on August 7, 2024.

Our current Strategic Plan was launched in 2020, and with new challenges and heightened competition, it is time for us to review and refine our strategic direction. The Board of Directors, supported by a Task Force of current and recent CAS leaders and senior staff, is working diligently on drafting this new plan. We have also partnered with an external consulting firm renowned for their expertise in strategic planning for associations.
