New Public Member Directory Privacy Options Now Available

We’re excited to announce the launch of the enhanced CAS Public Member Directory! The updated directory offers an improved user experience, allowing users to search for CAS Fellows, Associates, and Affiliates by name, employer, location, or a combination of these fields.

With the Directory launch, we are also providing members with greater control over what contact information will be available through your directory listing. CAS members can now choose from four privacy settings:

  • Full Profile Display: Includes your name, designation and year, CE compliance history, employer, pronouns (if provided), work phone, primary email, and work location.
  • Limited Profile Display: Includes your name, designation and year, CE compliance history, pronouns (if provided), and employer – excluding contact details and location.
  • Limited Profile + Email: Same as above but includes your email address.
  • Do Not Display My Profile: Your record will not appear in the public directory.

While the CAS Member Directory has long been used as a primary networking tool, we understand that it is important to enable members to make their own decisions about how their information is shared publicly. To update your directory preferences, log in to your portal account, select View/Update Your Profile, and scroll to the Directory Display Preferences section located in the bottom-left corner of your profile page.

We encourage you to explore the new directory and select the display option in your profile that best aligns with your privacy preferences.
