Welcome to the New CAS Portal – Now Live!

The CAS is excited to introduce the beta version of the new CAS Portal, our enhanced e-commerce platform and user database. This new system offers a cleaner, more intuitive interface, advanced security features, and improved functionality to streamline your interactions with the CAS.
Already, over 8,000 CAS Members and Candidates have successfully logged in to reset their passwords, set up multi-factor authentication, update their profiles, and conduct CAS business—including registering for exams, meetings, and webinars, paying dues, and submitting continuing education attestations.
Getting Started with the CAS Portal
With this new launch, the initial login process requires a quick setup. Upon accessing the system, you will need to reset your password and update your profile. This process should take about 15 minutes. The existing data in your profile comes from the prior system, so thank you in advance for reviewing and updating it as needed.
How to Log Into the CAS Portal:
- Visit the CAS Portal: https://www.casact.org/cas-has-new-user-portal
- Reset your password (using your system existing email).
- Set up multi-factor authentication for added security.
- Update your personal and professional profile (select "Update or Confirm" on each screen before proceeding to conduct other business).
For step-by-step guidance, please refer to the First-Time Login Instructions. If you have any questions or need assistance, check the CAS Portal FAQ or reach out to our Administrative and Customer Support team at acs@casact.org.
What’s Next?
As part of this beta release, we are continuing to refine and enhance certain features, including improvements to the member directory search functionality in the coming months. Our initial launch focused on key transactions that serve the majority of our members and candidates, while also elevating system security.
Future releases will introduce additional features based on priority business needs. If you have suggestions for future enhancements, we encourage you to submit them directly within the Portal by opening a case in the upper right-hand section under the “Help” section and selecting the case category: System: Suggestions for Future CAS Portal Releases.
Thank You for Your Support!
We appreciate your patience and support as we launch this exciting new system, and we look forward to providing an even better experience for our CAS community.
