I understand that if my proposal is accepted, me and fellow researcher(s), as applicable, must sign a contract within six weeks of notification.

The CAS expects its supported research will be presented at a CAS continuing education event and submitted to the CAS’s peer-reviewed journal, Variance (https://variancejournal.org/) unless another journal has been preapproved. Papers can also be published in E-Forum, as a monograph or in other applicable forms such as software.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE CAS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED FOR FUNDING MY PROJECT WHETHER IN WRITING, DURING PRESENTATIONS OR BOTH.

I understand that the final work product’s code and data will also be placed in the CAS’s GitHub repository, https://github.com/casact, under the MPL2.0 license.

The CAS is committed to promoting its funded research through various channels including news releases, social media posts and blog posts. If you work for a company, please describe how its communications staff would work with the CAS to promote your work.
